This is AP news minute. 

1. Democratic presidential candidate Hillary Clinton is hammering Donald Trump over his tax plan, claiming it will benefit the wealthy at the expense of the middle class. She is also pushing him to release his tax return. But he says "No" due to an audit, which he doesn't expect would be done before the election. 

2. State federal investigators have labeled Texas worst industrial accident as a criminal act. The 2013 explosion at the West  fertilizer company left 15 people dead. But so far,  no arrest. 

3. More than 90 people are dead, many more have been injured in three separate car bombings in Baghdad. The Islamic state group is claiming responsibility for the attacks. 

4. The navy has announced a positive promotion for the navy seal who was killed in Iraq just over a week ago. The service is promoting Charles Keating IV to Chief Petty Officer from Special Warfare Operator. Funeral service is set for Friday in California.
