1. President Obama in Hanoi has announced the U.S has ended a decades-long arms embargo against Vietnam. The two nations also released a joint statement, citing example how they are increasing cooperation. 

2. Iraqi government has announced they are launching a military offensive to retake the city of Fallujah from the Islamic State group. Officials say government forces have pushed militants at some farm areas outside the city, which is west of Baghdad. 

3. Authorities near Boston say the man suspected killing a police officer early Sunday morning was killed in a shootout with state police. The suspect is identified as 35-year old Jorge Zambrano. One trooper was hurt in the shootout. 

4. And the U.S navy aircrafts have joined the search for debris from EgyptAir flight 804. 66 people were aboard the passenger plane when it crashed in the Mediterranean sea last week.
