This is AP news minute. 

1. An internal state department review finds that Hillary Clinton disregarded department guidelines. The review shows Clinton never thought approval to review private emails to conduct business, as well as never showing that the server and Blackberry she used met minimal security requirements. 

2. Texas governor Greg Abbott says the state will be the first to sue the Obama administration over the new federal guidelines for transgender students in public school. Several conservative states have vowed defiant the federal directive to let transgender students use the bathroom and locker-room to match their gender identity. 

3. The head of the transportation security administration said help is on the way to address long airport security line. The agency will add 768 new screeners by mid, June. 

4. And a 6-month old baby in Florida is trying to break the world record for the youngest water skier. The  30-inch girl who doesn't walk was put on a junior sized skis by her professional water skier parents. While the baby may to attempt, there is no official word on if her record was set.
