1. A government official says investigators found no evidence of criminal negligence in the death of Pat Tillman. The former NFL player was killed by friendly fire while on duty in Afghanistan. Investigators conducted a year-long probe into the soldiers with Tillman and any possible cover-up. 2. Anna Nicole Smith died of an accidental overdose. That's the ruling from the coroner in Broward County, Florida. Authorities say she had a sleeping medication and at least eight other prescription drugs in her system when she died in February. The medical examiner also said she could have survived if she had gone to hospital. 3. The man who performed as the mascot for the North Carolina basketball team has died. Jason Ray was hit by a car Friday while walking on the shoulder of a New Jersey highway. He had been traveling with the men's team for the NCAA tournament. No charges have been filed against the driver. 4. The public is getting a first look at the Forever Stamp. It will be good for mailing one-ounce first-class letters any time in the future regardless of price changes. The stamp goes on sale next month at 41 cents.
