　　Alibaba's mobile payment system Alipay will start to charge individual users service fees for cash withdrawals, balance transfer from Alipay accounts to bank deposit accounts, from Oct 12, it announced last Monday.

　　阿里巴巴旗下的移动支付系统支付宝上周一宣布，自今年10月12日起，支付宝将对个人用户提现收取服务费。

　　Individual users have a quota of RMB20,000, within which any withdrawal is free.

　　所谓提现是指把支付宝账户余额转到银行存款帐户上。

　　A 0.1% service fee will be levied on withdrawals above the quota, with a minimum fee of 0.1 yuan per transaction, according to an official statement from Alipay.

　　根据支付宝的官方公告，个人用户累计享有2万元的免费提现额度，超出免费额度的提现收取0.1%的服务费，单笔交易服务费不低于0.1元。

　　According to the new policy, the money transferred between Alibaba's online investment fund Yu'ebao and Alipay will continue to be free of charge.

　　根据这项新规定，阿里巴巴旗下在线投资基金余额宝和支付宝之间转账将继续免费。

　　Yu'ebao accounts can also be used to make payments directly as well as repay credit card bills.

　　余额宝账户也可以用来直接支付以及偿还信用卡账单。

　　Mobile messaging app WeChat began charging service fees this March for cash withdrawals.

　　移动通讯应用微信今年3月起对提现收取服务费。

　　WeChat users have a free withdrawal quota of just 1,000 yuan and a fee of 0.1% is charged on amounts exceeding that quota.

　　微信用户的提现免费额度仅为1000元，超额部分收取0.1%的服务费。
