This is AP news minute. 

1. The family of Keith Scott has released the cell phone video of the shooting in Charlotte, North Carolina. On the video, you can hear officers tell Scott to drop something. But it is unclear from the footage if he has the weapon. Gunshoots are heard on the disturbing video. You do not see Scott being struck by bullets. 

2. Overnight in Charlotte, demonstrations were peaceful. The mayor imposed a mid-night curfew to help * the violence. 

3. And in New Jersey, the first week of the so-called bridgegate trial is over. The prosecution claims the George Washington bridge lane closures were ordered by republican administration of Chris Christie. But local democratic mayor refused to endorse the incumbent. 

4. And in Marblehead, Massachusetts, UPS is stepping up efforts to immigrate drones into its delivery system. Teaming up with robot maker CyPhy Works, the company wants to use drones for delivery to remote areas.
