This is AP news minute. 1. Donald Trump's campaign is seizing on newly released FBI records as evidence of collusion within the Obama administration to protect Hillary Clinton. The records released Monday show that a senior state department official asked for the FBI's help last year to change the classification level of an email from Clinton's email private server. The FBI rejected the request. 2. Iraqi and Kurdish force are said to have retaken about 80 square miles from the Islamic state group Monday, the first day of a massive operation to liberate the Iraqi city of Mosul. The operation could take weeks, if not months, and many fear humanitarian crisis. 3. Houston police are on the lookout for the burglars who broke into a pet city and stole six bulldog puppies Friday night. The dog are valued at more than $20,000. 4. And railway service was fully restored at the Holbrook terminal in New Jersey, damaged last month when a train traveling more than twice the speed limit crashed, killing a woman on the platform and injuring more than 100 other people.
