Chicago Cubs fans are celebrating their first championship in more than a century. Fans poured into the streets of Chicago after the Cubs beat the Cleveland Indians in game 7 to win their first World Series since 1908.

Authorities in Greenville, Mississippi are searching for the suspected arsonist who destroyed a historic black church. Fire destroyed about 80 percent of the building and someone painted "vote trump" on it.

One passenger train crashed into another in Karachi, Pakistan, more than a dozen people were killed.

And in Mosul, Iraq, civilians are carrying white flags to the streets. Iraqi troops are trying to retake that city from Islamic State militants.
