1. South Korea's parliament voted to impeach the country's first female president  Park Geun-hye. She has been dealing with the corruption scandal that has left her isolated. 

2. Wisconsin's presidential vote recount could be stopped. A federal judge will consider it at a hearing on Friday. 

3. More than 50 vehicles were involved a chain reaction pileup as winter weather hit northern Ohio. Authorities say 19 people went to the hospital. 

4. And fierce winter weather hit the Pacific northwest, blowing swirling snow made driving tough in Portland, Oregon, with hundreds of homes and business briefly lose power.
