This is AP news minute. 

1.  A driver rammed a truck into a group of Israeli soldiers in Jerusalem, killing four and wounding 15 others. Prime minister Netanyahu said the attack was a supporter of the Islamic State group. 

2. Thai authorities say 19 people have been killed in flooding in southern Thailand over the past week. 10 provinces have been flooded following heavy rains with over 280,000 households affected. 

3. Queen Elizabeth II attended a church service near her Sandringham estate  Sunday, after missing the previous two Sunday services due to poor health. The 90-year old was applauded by well-wishers as she arrived by car at St. Mary Magdalene church. 

4. And families brought their children to the vatican on Sunday as Pope Francis baptised 28 babies in the vatican Sistine Chapel. The pontiff joked that as the cries peak, that the concert has started.
