This is AP news minute. 1. Residents across much of Illinois are clearing debris and damage after heavy ice storms hit the region. Down trees and sweeping power outages were left in the storm's wake. More ice is expected to hit the area. 2. Iraqi security forces continue to face resistance from Islamic militants on the campus of Mosul university. Officials say special forces have taken most of the complex as IS flags continue to fly overhead. 3. More than 70 leaders from around the world gathered in Paris Sunday to push for a renewed peace talk in the Middle East. The conference meant to a message to president-elect Donald Trump and Israeli prime minister Benjamin Netanyahu, pushing a two-state solution to achieve peace in the Israeli-Palestinian conflict. 4. And weeks of cooler condition and heavy storm froze the river Bosna, cutting over several Bosnia villages and rest of the world.
