启事 （Notice）

　　启事是一种公告性的应用文。机关、团体或个人如有事需要向公众说明或者请求什么帮助等，都可以把要说的事情简要地写成启示张贴出去。如特别重要的，或涉及范围较广的，还可以登报。

　　启事的种类很多，最常用的有遗失启事，招领启事等。启事的写法通常是把启示的内容作为标题写在上方正中，如Lost(遗失启事)、Found（招领启事）等。启事的日期放在右上方，署名放在右下方。但有时文中已讲明启示者，亦可不署。启事一般不用称呼，如有确切的对象，也可以用。

　　海报（Posters）

　　海报是用来告知广大群众有关戏剧、电影以及球赛等活动的一种带有宣传广告性质的招贴。海报通常贴在闹市街口、行人过往频繁并引人注目的地方。

　　海报大都用手写。正中往往把海报内容作为标题大字标贴，如: “Football Match” (足球赛)，“Film News” (电影消息) 或注明“Poster”（海报）等字样。正文部分为有关具体内容、活动时间、地点以及参加和主办单位等。其书写形式不拘一格，可按行排列，也可分项书写，主要看实际效果。

　　出海报的单位署名通常放在右下角。有时海报还可配以绘画，以增加吸引力。
