This is AP news minute. 

1. President Donald Trump is set to deliver a prime time speech to congress on Tuesday night. Advisors say he will declare early progress on fulfilled his campaign promises and explain how he will take the legislative priorities, including health care reform. 

2. Officials in Riverside, California say three people are dead and two hurt after a small plane hit two houses. A family was onboard, flying home from a cheerleading competition. No one on the ground was hurt. 

3. The Jewish community center Association of North America says bomb threats were made against center in at least dozen states on Monday. No bombs were found. 

4. And SpaceX says it is planning to fly two people pass to moon and back in the next year. Tech billionaire Elon Musk says two people approached the company with the idea, and put down a significant deposit.
