The senior navy commander overseeing Pacific military operations says North Korea's crisis is at the worst point he's ever seen. Admiral Harry Harris Jr. told the senate armed service committee he has no doubt Pyongyang intends to develop a nuclear missile capable of striking the U.S. 3. Canadian prime minister Justin Trudeau applauded president Trump's announcement that he will not immediately pull out of the North American Free Trade Agreement, as originally promised. Trudeau said he and Trump had a "Good conversation about the issue Wednesday night". 4. And the penguin colony at the London zoo has two new editions.
