1. The republican-led health-care bill passes by the house and now goes to the senate. Democrats say the measure, if becomes law, will kick millions off insurance rules. 

2. Members of Greenpeace climb France Eiffel Tower and unfurled the banner, urging French people to reject right-wing presidential candidate Marine Le Pen. She is facing moderate Emmanuel Macron in Sunday's election. 

3. Flood levels are now dropping in many parts of the sock Mid-west. However, problems persist in Mississippi river, south of Saint Louis, as flood waters move downstream.   

4. And the first large Chinese made passenger jet went on its first test flight Monday. China hopes this plane could break into the international aircraft market.
