An apartment building fire in Fall River, Massachusetts started back up on Tuesday night after it was put out. The fire first started when a 72-year-old woman crashed her car into the building. The women died.

And frigid cold gripped northern Minnesota, with wind chill readings dropping to 40 below. Experts say exposed skin could get frostbite within 10 minutes.
