The storm's already produced flooding in the Bahamas, killing dozens as it passed through the Caribbean. 4. It's been a tough day for Wall Street. Stocks have plunged as investors considered the prospects of an end to interest rate cuts and a slowing economy. The Dow Jones Industrials finished down more than 300 points today. |
