Amazon and the U.S. Postal Service are teaming up for Sunday package deliveries.

FOX News Radio’s Sal Giangrasso reports:

When’s the last time you received a delivery from the Postal Service on a Sunday? Maybe never?

But starting next Sunday in New York and Los Angeles, Amazon’s teaming up with the U.S. Postal Service to deliver packages on Sundays. And the program will be expanded next year to include Dallas, Houston, New Orleans and Phoenix. The Postal Service says it won’t need to hire any extra workers though. It’s been working for over a year on a flexible workforce that can be asked to work on Sundays, adding if the program expands, they’ll adjust staffing as needed.
