All drones weighing between around a half-pound to 55-pounds will have to be registered with the FAA.

A study from Bard College shows there have been more than 300 close encounters between drones and aircraft over the past two years… Researcher Arthur Holland…

“If a drone were to go through the cockpit it could seriously injure a pilot.”

It will cost $5.00 to register a drone.

Failure to comply by the February 19 deadline could result in tens of thousands of dollars in fines…even jail time.
