The Swiss replaces Sepp Blatter, who resigned in disgrace as U.S. authorities moved in last year, indicting dozens of senior soccer officials over claims of a massive bribery ring.

Delegates from FIFA's 207 member countries also voting today to introduce a range of anti-corruption measures as the organization looks to show American prosecutors and soccer fans around the world that it's serious about cleaning up its act.
