Willoughby Hills, Ohio police say a 2 year old child had died after falling from a window in an 11th story apartment building at the Willoughby Hills Towers apartment complex.

According to CBS Cleveland affiliate WOIO-TV, the child has been identified as Anthony Suttles Jr.

The police and fire department say they found the child unresponsive on the rear parking deck of the building when they arrived.

Police are continuing to investigate the incident and say the child's parents were home at the time of the fall.
