The number of TV's U.S. consumers have in their homes has dropped significantly in the last 6 years. According to CNET "the average number of TVs used by US homes has moved closer to two per house than three.

A Residential Energy Consumption Survey showed on average the number of televisions in residential households have dropped significantly over the last 6 years from 2.6 to 2.3. The percent of houses without a TV is up to 2.6% from 1.3% in 2009.

一份居民能耗调查显示，过去六年间，居民家中的平均电视数量大幅下降，从2.6降至2.3。没有电视的家庭数量比例从2009年的1.3%升至2.6%。
