Anthem Blue Cross has announced its pulling out of Nevada and it's already announced its pulling out of Ohio, and most markets in Wisconsin and Indiana. In a statement, Anthem said it's just too volatile, the shrinking individual market and changes and uncertainty in federal subsidies meant they had to withdraw.
