An ABC investigation has uncovered multiple claims by women that their complaints to the Greens were poorly managed. The women told 7.30 the party put its own reputation ahead of their welfare. Former Greens staff member Ella Buckland, whose complaint is still under investigation, says the process has been difficult and frustrating.

Zimbabwean authorities say 18 people have been arrested during a raid on opposition party headquarters in the capital Harare. According to their search warrant, opposition leader Nelson Chamisa is under investigation for allegedly inciting violence. Zimbabwe's electoral commission has begun releasing the results of its presidential election this morning. Harare remains mostly deserted after yesterdays violent clashes between opposition supporters and security forces, in which six people were killed.
