Dardis: Danielle Stark,17 years old, senior at strivers magnet school.

Danielle Stark 17岁，艺术高中三年级学生。

She went missing a week ago.

一周前失踪。

Her body was found a day later dumped in rock creek park.

第二天发现被弃尸于石溪公园。

She died from a blow to the head.

头部受创致死。

Lightman: Well, you're not here because of the girl, right?

你不是为了她才来的，对吧？

Dardis:No, her mother is a federal Judge on the DC circuit court.

对，她母亲是特区巡回法院的法官。

Judge Stark's been shortlisted as a possible supreme court Nominee

But we're treating this case just like any other.

不过这个案子，我们不会搞特殊。

Ria: Well, is there any, uh, physical evidence?

有什么证据没？

Dardis: Unfortunately, it rained that night.

Best we can do is determine that the blow came from the front, no defensive wounds,

indicating Danielle likely knew her killer.

The problem is with the mother.

She says that she was alone in her chambers, and no one can verify it.

Lightman: So you've got a suspect, right?

I mean, that's great, right, since you're treating this case just like any other.

Dardis: As you can imagine，we have to proceed carefully before we start pointing fingers at a presidential appointee.

But if she's lying, we need to know.

Lightman: And if nothe's?

如果她没呢？

Dardis: Then we need to know who is.

那就要知道真正的凶手。
