One, stop reading magazines and do Sudoku instead,to maximise brain size and stop Alzheimer's.

一,停止读杂志,以运动取而代之,增加大脑的尺寸,停止发胖

Two, do yoga every morning and night and cleanse my body of toxicity by banishing all negative feelings towards ex-best friends and bass players.

二,每天早上和晚上做瑜伽,清理我身体里的毒素,释放所有负面的情绪,接近好朋友和贝司手

Three, listen to dolphins,because they're clever and unselfish.

三,听海豚的声音,因为他们聪明而且无私

Four, no more chips.Only organic fruit and veg.

四,不吃垃圾食品,只吃健康的水果和蔬菜

Although not from Robbie's shop.

Five, a new style for a new me.

五,一个全新的风格,全新的我
