1. Iraqi police say at least 57 people are dead and nearly 300 wounded after two separate suicide attacks. Authorities say three women were among a group of pilgrims when they blew themselves up in Baghdad. Officials also say a woman may be responsible for a second attack in the northern part of the country.

2. The blaze near a western entrance to Yosemite National Park has charred more than 26,000 acres and destroyed twelve homes since Friday. Even so, park officials say they are expecting to see thousands of visitors coming back in the next few days.

3. Gymnast Paul Hamm won't be going to Beijing after all. The reigning Olympic gold medalist announced he's withdrawing from the US team. He says his broken right hand is not sufficiently healthy enough for him to compete.

4. Police say this man may have been trying to cover the alcohol on his breath by drinking Wite-Out. He was caught on camera between interrogations taking sips of the liquid. The plan didn't quite work, though. Police say his blood alcohol level still measured three and a half times the legal limit.
