It's all an effort to save jobs and help Detroit's Big Three automakers avoid collapse. 2.President-elect Barack Obama named New Mexico Governor Bill Richardson as commerce secretary. Richardson is the first Hispanic that Obama has named to his rapidly forming cabinet. He is the second former campaign rival to be selected. 3.Police made a third arrest in the California shackled teen case. This woman, the 17-year-old's aunt, was arrested last night. Two others were taken into custody earlier Tuesday. 4.After leaving office, President Bush and First Lady Laura Bush are headed back to Texas. The First Lady says the couple plans to buy a house in Dallas and they plan to spend their weekends at their ranch in Central Texas.
