Not quite 17, but at least 3 new films about Barack Obama are hiting the mainstream. Ice cream booth. Can i have a lick? You can. On television, HBO will premiere BY THE PEOPLE on November 3rd, produced by Edward Norton, crews were given unprecedented access to Obama's entire 20-month campaign. People didn’t see debate perhaps, ur, they didn’t, those things like him at consulting with his advisers on core strategy, and some of his reflections on the emotional experience of how he's loved the campaign, then till you get some intimacy of the him and his family, seeing them at home, and some of that was somewhat rare.... How much would it cost us as a family, how were we financially going to handle, me reducing my hours, we obviously got all those questions answered to my satisfaction, and as a result, we’re now running for president. Pennsylvania, you need to be on the bus. On October 30th, 'Labour Day' hits theaters in New York and Chicago. It explores the president’s campaign from the perspective of the massive service workers union . To see sort of hundreds and thousands of people get mobolized, with their level of commitment, I was personally inspired. We set up consultng programs for young people of defferent colleges…… And finally available on DVD in stores nationwide, November 3rd, the documentary Becoming Barak paints the portrait of the would-be president in his formative years. The film examing Obama’s pre-campaign years, personal photos with friends and family, and exurbs of the president, narrating his autobiography book, Dreams of my father. Without stopping to aim, he let off three quick shots in the direction of the first boy. What you won’t find in any of the films is the intense critism now facing the president, but for Labour Day director Glenn Silber, he hopes his film will serve as a reminder. And even though, I'm not perfectly happy with everything that's happening in the last years since the election, not all the changes, we were hoping to see have happened as quickly as we might hope, but you realize that change is hard work, we've all got be involved.
