Metro Station的开场曲"Seventeen Forever"没有浪费任何功夫就已经达到了一种不可思议的动感效果，同时也定下了整张专辑的路线 "Seventeen Forever" 明显夺去了大部分的註意力，这也就是下一首 “Control”起步缓慢但突然在让你欲罢不能的动听合声中大步提速的原因。

Metro Station 的第一支单曲是 Kelsey，同样也是 Motion³ City Soundtrack 的客串之作。你会认为凡是 Motion City Soundtrack 参与制作的作品都会成为 Powerpop 中的极品，但出乎意外的是，这却是本张专辑中最弱势的一首歌……在对他们第一支单曲的选择感到失望的时候，"Shake It"这首曲子冲进了耳朵，它让人惊异於为何Metro Station 没有将它作为第一支单曲发售。仅仅从标题上就可以得知，这首歌充满了舞曲的诱人因子。不仅如此，"Shake It"成为呼声最高的MTV单曲。不仅是作为The Hills 的商业广告，更是TRL(MTV制作公司)所能做到的最好的。
