Lady Gaga has released the first music video from her new album "ARTPOP," set for release on November 11th.

The first single, called "Applause", is an up-tempo tune¹ written while the singer was sidelined with an injury earlier this year.

Gaga, whose real name is Stefani Germanotta, says she had problems with her right hip², which forced her to cancel several concerts and undergo surgery.
