For more on the implications of a slower Chinese economy, I'm joined in the studio by Andrew Moody, a senior correspondent of overseas editions at China Daily, and our own business reporter Martina Fuchs.

Q1. For years China was the single largest contributor to global economic growth. A slowdown in its economy is felt on different impact levels in different regions depending on their exposure to the Chinese economy. Give us a general picture of the global implications of a slower-growing Chinese economy.

Q2. China's economic status and what it means for the world was a hot topic at the recent Davos meeting and the Institute of International Finance Group 20 Conference in Shanghai. You reported on both occasions. How did business leaders and financial chiefs view the new economic reality in China? Particularly what do they think of the country's economic policies?

Q3. The Chinese government has been very proactive in steering the economy. But do you think economic integration and globalization is also transforming China's state governance?

Q4. Credit rating agency Moody’s Investors Service has lowered China’s credit-rating outlook to negative from stable this week. It has cited uncertainty about the government's ability to implement reforms.  Do you share the same concerns? Do you think the current economic slow down would test of further reforms?
