国庆前后国内多地出台楼市调控政策

 　　Beijing and 19 other cities across China launched cooling measures in the past week to rein¹ in housing prices, with more cities to follow suit, analysts² said.

　　分析人士称，过去的一周里，北京等20个国内城市已陆续出台降温措施控制房价，更多的城市也将推出类似措施。

　　The control measures announced by the cities during the seven-day National Day holiday included higher mortgage down payments and home purchase restrictions³ to curb⁴ speculation⁵.

　　Nanjing in Jiangsu, Xiamen in Fujian and Wuhan in Hubei, have all implemented⁶ cooling measures after average housing prices rose more than 20% in September year-on-year, according to the China Index Academy.

　　Analysts predict more lower-tier cities such as Shijiazhuang and Qingdao will introduce tightening⁷ policies.

　　Zhou Zihui, a homebuyer in Nanjing, bought and sold six apartments in the past five years, yielding about four million yuan, but with the new measures she is no longer able to buy.

　　"More lower-tier cities may join the move against speculative⁸ home purchase soon, particularly those that have low inventory⁹ for the next six months and fast price growth in the past six months," said a research note by CITIC Securities.

　　中信证券的一份研究报告称，很快更多二三线城市可能加入到抑制投机购房的行动中去，尤其是那些在未来半年库存较低且在过去半年中价格增长快的城市。
