The New South Wales Premier1 has ordered an urgent meeting to try to get the convicted paedophile Dennis Ferguson moved out of public housing. Nathan Rees says he wants to explore all options and legal advice available in an attempt to force Ferguson from a unit at Ryde in Sydney’s northwest. And in the US, Federal Reserve Chairman Ben Bernanke has signaled the American economy is on the road to recovery. He says the US recession is very likely over, but he's warned recovery will be slow and it will take time to create new jobs.
