A strong aftershock has overshadowed the swearing-in of Chile's new president. The shock caused panic, but so far there are no reports of any casualties. The new president has committed himself to rebuilding the country after last month's devastating8 earthquake.
And the English rock band Pink Floyd has won a court case preventing its record company from selling downloads of the group's songs. The High Court in London has ruled that EMI can't sell downloads or ringtones of Pink Floyd's songs without the band's permission.
