 Upper front the air is still cool over Tasmania past Victoria and New Southwales. And onshore wind still driving a few showers into Tasmania and Southern Victoria. Winds were layers and the air were warm at the influence of high. And a ridge¹ of low pressure still causing a few thundery storms about the tropics². Here is Queensland, you will see some of those storms around the tropical area but mainly inland. Not quite as hot in Brisban today, a top of 30. Thundery showers are likely to fall in this afternoon over the southeast and this morning over northern New Southwales. Mainly for the Ranges and Jason Slips otherwise a cooler but mostly sunny day. 

25 degrees in Sydney. Victoria cloudy light showers in the south, breeze winds will gradually ease, bringing warmer temperatures as we heads towards the weekend. 

Mostly sunny in the north. Tasmania cool winds, light showers in the western south.
