A little planning goes a long way when it comes to grocery shopping.

 

 

Think through the meals you want to eat during the week, and write a list of all the ingredients¹ that you need to buy.

 

 

It only takes five or ten minutes, and saves you a lot of head-scratching (and wasted money) in the store.
