Smile more frequently.

 

多笑。

 

Smiling accomplishes two things.

 

First, it tells your brain to be more happy.(Try being depressed¹ with a huge grin stuck on your face.) 

 

Second, when you smile it tends to make other people smile, too. It's contagious², in a good way.

 

1 depressed   

adj.沮丧的，抑郁的，不景气的，萧条的

2 contagious   

adj.传染性的，有感染力的
