What does Dharma mean to you?

According to my understanding, what Dharma is to do whatever you do, very practically, skilfully¹, for the benefit of all beings, without causing any harm, and for their wellbeing, including oneself and all, is Dharma.

根据我个人的理解，“法”就是随心所欲做你想做的事，并且要脚踏实地，注重方法，去为众生谋福祉，不要引起任何伤害。为了大家的幸福安康，包括自己和所有人。这就是“法”。

Dharma means the purity of heart.

“法”意味着心灵的纯净。

Dharma means peace, and Dharma means wellbeing of all human society.

“法”意味着平和。“法”意味着所有人类社会的幸福。

Are there special ways that you can achieve Dharma?

有什么特别的途径来获得“法”吗？

Are there rules and regulations that show you what to do?

有没有什么规则和章法教你如何做？

We are taught what causes suffering and what can cause suffering, and how to avoid causing suffering in life, one's own life.

我们被教诲是什么带来了苦难，什么可以带来苦难，以及在自己的人生中如何避免招致苦难。

And when you implement² those teachings, I think that is what really contributes towards one's own wellbeing and others' wellbeing,

当你去实践这些教诲的时候，我想这才能真正促成自己与他人的幸福。

and I think that is considered Dharma.

In the Buddhist³ context, the word Dharma refers, above all, to the teachings of the Buddha⁴ as he rediscovered them in the process of his progress towards enlightenment.

The reality of the Dharma which holds you free from suffering, is what they take the root of the word Dharma, which means to hold,

and the Buddha said Dharma holds a being free from suffering.

而且佛陀说，“法”使众生免受苦难。
