Mulan SzeChuan Sauce：花木兰四川照烧酱

Mulan SzeChuan Sauce is a dipping sauce for McDonald's Chicken McNuggets. 这个酱料是用来蘸麦乐鸡吃的。

McNuggets：麦乐鸡

The sauce was originally released back in 1998 to promote the Disney movie Mulan.它最初是在1998年发行的，用来宣传迪斯尼电影花木兰。

McDonalds only got 20 packets of Szechuan sauce for each location. 每个地区只有20包四川酱料的供应。

#1.General Tso's chicken

左宗棠鸡

General：将军

Chunks² of chicken that are dipped in a batter³ and deep-fried and seasoned with ginger⁴, garlic, sesame oil, scallions, and hot chili⁵ peppers.一大块鸡肉，裹着面糊，油炸，用姜、大蒜、芝麻油、葱和辣椒调味。

Deep-fried：油炸的

Really sweet：非常的甜

Cover in batter：裹着面糊

Thicken it up with corn starch⁶：用很多玉米淀粉增稠

 

#2.Chop suey

杂碎

Chop suey (杂碎): "assorted⁷ pieces" in Chinese. It is usually a mix of vegetables and meat in a brown sauce but can also be served in a white sauce. 它的中文名在中文里叫“杂碎”，混合了蔬菜和肉，在烧汁里搅拌，也可以用蛋白沙司来调味。

A classic Chinese dish of stir-fried egg noodles with shredded⁸ chicken breast - experiment with different fish, meat, or vegetables. 这是一道经典的中国炒面，用碎鸡胸肉、炒鸡蛋，可以加入不同的鱼、肉或蔬菜。
