Suddenly a messenger² ran into the hall where the boys were talking. 这时候，一个信使突然跑进了男孩们谈话的小屋里。

"Diego, the son of Columbus!" he called. "Where is he? The queen sends for him! 哥伦布的儿子迭戈！他叫道，他在哪儿？女王请他过去！

The great Columbus has found the land across the sea and has come back to tell us about it." 伟大的哥伦布找到了海上之路，他已经回来告诉我们了。
