 Topic 1:  Qin HuohuoYesterday, Qin Zhihui, better known as Qin Huohuo, was found guilty of defamation¹ and causing disturbances² by Beijing Chaoyang District People's Court and sentenced to three years.

This is the nation's first judgment³ against a defendant⁴ accused of spreading fake rumors⁵ online.

What did he do?  Does the ruling punishment equal the crime?

According to a recently published ranking, if you answered any one of those you'd be totally wrong.  The China University Assessment's conclusion says that Zhejiang University is, in fact, the best on the Chinese mainland.

However, many are questioning the validity of this recent ranking, especially since Remmin University, one of the top in country, did not make it even to the top 20.

Topic 6: Be careful of your BFF 140418A survey by match making website Baihe.com shows that over 60% of female respondents believe men are inclined to grow special feelings towards their female friends; nearly 1/4 of respondents in Fujian Province admit their best friends stole their lovers.

The survey interviewed 100,000 people from 31 provinces. Nearly 4,000 Fujian people took part in the survey, accounting⁹ for 3.6% of the total interviewees.
