He has been evacuated3 from the stadium and taken to the Interior Ministry4 for an emergency meeting with Interior Minister Bernard Cazenueve.
At least three deaths have been reported outside of the stadium, with 10 people injured and said to be in very "severe" condition.
A second shooting took place in a theater in the 11th district, where several hostages are said to be inside.
Chinese President Xi Jinping preparing to travel to Turkey for G20 SummitAnchor:
Final preparations are underway in the Turkish sea-side city of Antalya for this year's G20 leaders summit, which will get underway on Sunday.
It's widely expected the global economy, as well as the mass migration6 into Europe this year, will dominate discussions at the event.
CRI's Li Jianhua has more.
Reporter:
Global economic growth is set to top the agenda this year, with the state of China's economic health likely to be one of the main talking-points.
John Peace, President of UK-based Standard Chartered Bank, says he believes President Xi Jinping's growing political clout7 should help him in convincing the other world leaders at the event that China's economy remains8 in a sound position, despite the current economic slowdown.
"I think the contribution the president will make at the G20 is a very important one, as the global economy slows, as the world goes through a transition. More importantly, China itself is going through a transition. I think the important role China has to play is being recognized by more and more people. So I think it is important that Chinese economy continues to be successful. It's going through this transformation10, which I think for the longer term is the right thing for the country to do.
Professor Euly Tarfrovski with the Peoples' Friendship University of Russia says other countries NOT represented at the G20 Summit will also be watching closely to see what the Chinese side talks about.
"G20 was formed after the world leaders found the G8 was not strong enough to deal with the challenges and problems worldwide. To be frank, G20 can't manage to do what G8 couldn't either. But the G20 does put what concerns new emerging economies into the agenda of world development. Chief among them, China plays a pivotal role in the development of these countries."Previous G20 sessions have included discussions about possible reforms to the US-led World Bank and the European-dominated International Monetary11 Fund.
And with the impending12 establishment of the Chinese-proposed Asian Infrastructure13 Investment Bank, the role these organizations will play in the future is once-again likely to be a central theme at this year's G20.
Professor Gu Xuewu with the University of Bern in Germany says despite the Chinese push to command a bigger role on global economic affairs, he believes this G20 session isn't likely to herald14 any sweeping15 changes to the world's current economic dynamic.
"Currently, the international economic order is still dominated by the United States. The establishment of AIIB, as well as internationalization of RMB should only be viewed as complementary to the current US-dominated global economic order. The Chinese moves, in particular with the RMB, will dilute16 the influence of American Dollar globally. But all this still won't change the leading role the United States continues to play in the international economic order."Hosted this year by Turkey for the first time, the leaders of the G20 are also expected to focus their attention on the massive influx17 of migrants making their way into Europe this year from Syria and other parts of the Middle East and Africa.
G20 Finance Ministers and Central Bank governors met in Peru just over a month ago ahead of this weekend's leaders meeting.
In it, they discussed what else needs to be done to move forward on growth strategies established during previous G20 sessions.
An accountability assessment18 is going to be presented to the Leaders in Antalya.
It's expected Chinese President Xi Jinping is going to address China's role in meeting the G20 growth goals as part of a speech he's due to deliver following the meetings in Antalya.

Chinese initiatives contribute to global economic cooperation: Turkish expertsLeaders of the world's 20 major economies will meet in Turkey on Sunday and Monday for the 10th G20 summit.
Turkish experts say Chinese initiatives have contributed to global economic cooperation in recent years and the G20 could be a good platform for promoting more cooperation.
CRI's Ryan Price has more.
Reporter:
Chinese initiatives like the Asian Infrastructure Investment Bank or AIIB and the "One Belt, One Road" initiative have been lauded19 by Turkish economists20 and international affairs experts.
Tarik Oguzlu, director of the international affairs center at Antalya International University, says Turkey is optimistic about the various Chinese-led initiatives.
"So we have this Asian investment infrastructure initiative, the 'One Road, One Belt' initiative, the Silk Road initiatives... [Turkey] wants to become a part of those initiatives... Everybody in Turkey is very, very aware of the fact that China is a rising power. It has already proved its global power credentials21. So Turkish authorities need to be in good terms with the Chinese leaders"Fourteen G20 countries, including Turkey, are already participating in the China-proposed AIIB.
Ussal Sahbaz, a researcher at the Economic Policy Research Foundation of Turkey, says the "One Belt, One Road" initiative can play an important role in connecting Asia and Europe.
"There are many issues to cooperate on, but I think the highlight could be infrastructure. The reason being is China recently announced the 'One Belt, One Road' project, what we call the modern Silk Road, which connects China to Europe over Eurasia. It's very important for Turkey because it also passes through Turkey. What these two countries should do is use the G20 as a platform for infrastructure cooperation."Sahbaz says Turkey should make full use of the G20 summit to strengthen economic cooperation with China and promote the "One Belt, One Road" initiative.
"The problem is every country is focusing on its projects, but not on the cross-country projects. If the infrastructure does not connect countries, it's not useful. So 'One Belt, One Road' is an important project that connects China to Turkey and Europe, and the G20 could be a good platform for these two countries to promote it"The group has achieved a series of positive results regarding global governance in recent years through cooperation among its members.
The EU and China have now both developed their own "investment plans," the Juncker Plan in Europe and a number of domestic initiatives in China, in addition to the more international Belt and Road Initiative and the AIIB.
For CRI, this is Ryan PricePremier Li calls for more China-U.S. communication when meeting PelosiThe Chinese Premier22 has called for more communication between China and the United States.
Li Keqiang met with House of Representatives Minority Leader Nancy Pelosi in Beijing on Friday.
Premier Li says it's normal for two countries with different histories to have different views on some issues, but they share more mutual23 interest than disputes.
"We believe that the common interests between our two countries far outweigh24 our differences. The steady and sound growth of Sino-US relations in the long run will serve the interests of the two countries."Li Keqiang calls for the two countries to expand their common interests and constructively25 control disputes through dialogue and consultation26.
On parliamentary exchanges, Li hopes the two sides can increase exchanges to create a favorable condition for healthy and stable development of China-U.S. relations.
Pelosi spoke28 highly of China's development.
She said the United States is ready to strengthen contact with China in a friendly and candid29 way to enhance mutual understanding and consensus30.
Earlier this week, the Chinese Premier met with Bill Gates, chairman of Terra Power in Beijing.
Li said developing clean energy including nuclear power is an important approach to cope with climate change.
China-funded Palestinian Foreign Ministry Building DeliveredAnchor:
The Chinese-funded foreign ministry building for the Palestinian Authority has been handed over to the government in the West Bank. CRI's Niu Honglin has more.
Reporter:
With Chinese Vice31 Premier Wang Yang and Palestinian President Mahmoud Abbas looking on, the new Palestinian Foreign Ministry building in the West Bank city of Ramallah, funded by a full grant from China, was officially delivered on Friday.
Palestinian Foreign Minister Riyad al-Maliki says China's support on the building is appreciated.
"We are proud of the relationship that has existed between China and Palestine over the years, and we're also happy that China is also contributing in the building of the Palestinian institutions towards the statehood. This is really a reflection of exactly how China would like to contribute and to be present in the future of the Palestinian people."Chinese Vice Premier Wang Yang says the new building will not only be a landmark32 in Ramallah, but also a landmark of China-Palestine friendship.
"China consistently supports the Palestinians in their pursuit of the righteous cause of recovering their legitimate33 national rights. China also sincerely supports Palestine to enhance its economy, people's livelihood34 and capacity building. China would like to continue with the assistance it can offer to help Palestine realize its economic independence and sustainable development as soon as possible."The Chinese government has now granted the Palestinian authority another grant, the equivalent of 30 million yuan or 4.7 million US dollars.
Palestinian President Mahmoud Abbas highly appreciates the historical friendship between China and Palestine.
"China has always supported the Palestinian people to realize freedom and independence. We highly appreciate the support China offers to Palestine on political, diplomatic and investment aspects. The Palestinian government and people thank China for everything you have done for Palestine."Wang Yang visited Israel and Palestine from Wednesday to Friday, and met with both Israeli and Palestinian presidents and prime ministers.

China increases borrowing requirements to reduce stock market leverageChina has increased borrowing requirements to reduce stock market leverage35.
The China Securities Regulatory Commission has announced that the financing collateral36 deposit rate benchmark will be lifted from 50 percent to 100 percent.
This means investors37 will only be able to borrow the same amount of money instead of twice their collateral deposit.
The change aims to guard against systemic financial risks.
The new rule will take effect on November 23.
China, Laos to start railway cooperationThe Chinese and Laotian governments have inked an agreement on the construction of a cross-border railway.
The deal, signed in Beijing on Friday, aims to boost economic cooperation and regional growth.
The 400km-long railway is designed to link the two country's border area, Mohan and Boten ports, and Lao's capital.
The joint38 investment costs 40 billion yuan, or around 6 billion U.S. dollars, with 70 percent from China and 30 percent from Laos.
The railway is scheduled to start operating in 2020.
It will also reach Thailand and Malaysia in the future.
Chinese Peacekeepers Awarded UN "Honorary Medal of Peace" in S. SudanChinese peacekeepers have been awarded the "Honorary Medal of Peace" by the UN.
700 officers and soldiers stationed in South Sudan have been recognized for their efforts and accomplishments39 in the African country.
Head of the United Nations Mission in South Sudan, Ellen Margrethe Loej (Loy), awarded the medals to 100 peacekeepers.
"I want to say, very, very big, thank you very much for your contribution to the mission. You have been here only eight months, but you have been working extremely hard. I'm very proud of you."These peacekeepers are from China's PLA infantry40 battalion41. They are also part of the UNMISS.
A soldier from the battalion Shao Guangpeng says he's honored to have been awarded the medal.
"The medal stands for an affirmation of our previous peacemaking missions as well as a kind of impetus42 and encouragement. We will continue to fulfill43 our peacemaking task with the same standards and conviction as before in the next mission period."Guests attending the award ceremony have also acknowledged the tasks fulfilled by Chinese peacemakers in the past 25 years and planted a "mango tree," symbolizing45 peace and friendship.
US Confidents "Jihadi John" Killed in Drone StrikeThe US military has confirmed that Islamic State executioner "Jihadi John" was killed in a drone strike in Syria.
27-year-old Mohammed Emwazi appeared in a video showing the beheading of an American journalist captured in Syria in 2012.
He was targeted in a joint British-US operation on Thursday in Raqa, a major IS base in war-torn Syria, and the death was confirmed the following day.
Colonel Steven Warren, who is responsible for the strike, says the death of Jihadi John is a big blow for IS extremists in Syria:
"This is significant of course because Jihadi John was somewhat of an ISIL celebrity46, if you will, kind of the face of the organization in many senses. So there is certainly I think a significant blow to their prestige of ISIL, but Jihadi John wasn't a major tactical figure."Analysts47, however, says the impact of Emwazi's death will likely be symbolic48 rather than tactical for the jihadist group, as it still controls swathes of Iraq and Syria where it has declared a caliphate, and is known for widespread atrocities49.
The drone strike coincided with a major US-backed military offensive launched in northern Iraq.
Former US Vice President Al Gore50 optimistic ahead of Paris summitFormer U.S. Vice President Al Gore is hosting a 24-hour live webcast from the foot of the Eiffel Tower to drum up attention for the upcoming global climate summit in Paris.
The climate campaigner, who helped negotiate the 1997 climate treaty that failed to control global warming, is sure this time will be different.
"The price of solar and wind electricity has come down much faster than almost anyone predicted. And now, in an increasing number of regions throughout the world, it is actually cheaper to get electricity from renewables than it is to get it from burning coal and gas. And, with the electrification51 of vehicles beginning to gain momentum52, we have hope in the transportation sector53 as well."Gore also says developing countries and emerging economies including China are taking climate change seriously, which will help contribute to a successful outcome in Paris:
"President Xi Jinping of China entered into an historic agreement with President Obama just one year ago. We have seen a number of other developing and emerging economies step up and say 'we will contribute to the green fund, we will take on obligations, we will invest in the transition to a low carbon economy'."The round-the-clock event-"24 Hours of Reality and Live Earth: The World is Watching" includes musical performances by Elton John, Duran Duran and others.
French President Francois Hollande and former U.N. Secretary-General Kofi Annan are among the officials scheduled to take part in the event.
Austria to Build Fence over Migrant CrisisAustria says it will build a 3.7-kilometer fence along its busiest border crossing with Slovenia to help manage the flow of thousands of migrants daily into its territory.
The move puts severe strain on the European Union's prized system of open borders.
Visiting a border crossing between Slovenia and Austria, the European Commissioner54 for Transport, Violeta Bulc, says the open border agreement needs to be "respected.""I hope that political sense and political will to solve the management of the entire migrant corridor will prevail, and we proved in the end that we can easily come to an agreement,"Austria is the last stop on the way to Germany for migrants, mostly Syrian refugees, crossing the European continent in numbers not seen since World War Two.
Austria has worried for weeks that its larger neighbour's frontier restrictions55 will create a backlog56 it cannot manage.
The series of measures announced by Austria will include a fenced "security corridor" on Slovenian territory and enhanced patrols outside that area by Slovenian security forces.
Iran to attend upcoming talks on SyriaIran is set to attend the next round of international talks on the future of Syria.
The talks will be held on Saturday in the Austrian capital, Vienna.
Iran's Deputy Foreign Minister for Arab and African Affairs will participate.
On Tuesday, an Iranian Foreign Ministry official urged the participants in the talks to adopt a "realistic" approach to help resolve the Syrian crisis.
He said political means and national dialogue would help people in Syria to decide their own future.
At the same time, Iran said it would not accept pressure for the ouster of Syrian President Bashar al-Assad under the pretext57 of solving the Syrian crisis.
U.S. BEER DRINKERS SABMILLER-INBEV SIDEBARAnchor:
American beer drinkers are in a golden age. Ales, lagers and porters from small, hometown breweries61 are gaining popularity among beer drinkers.
In 2014, craft beer represented 8.5% of beer sales, up from just 4.5% in 2009.
But even as Americans hop27 on the craft beer train, small brewers have reason to fear that mergers63 among the industry's giants could slow sales for craft-beer brewers.
As InBev, the world's largest beer company, closes a merger62 deal with number two seller SABMiller, CRI's Patrice Howard asked if local sellers are crafty64 enough to compete.
Reporter:
There are thousands of bars to choose from in New York City - but Matt Gebhard says customers pour into his midtown Manhattan business because variety is on tap.
"There are a lot of places around New York City where you can get a beer, but not too many places where you can get a selection of 500 different beers."Beer Culture NYC caters65 to customers who crave66 locally-produced craft beers. They're flavor rich, bolder blends made at small facilities, that are scoring big with American beer drinkers.
Beer drinkers are looking for something sour, or stronger or hoppier than what Americans were drinking 20, 25 years ago."Many bars like Matt's across US are swapping67 out mega brand beer labels like Budweiser and Coors to appeal to America's evolving taste in alcohol, and to support local labels.
Matt pours a customer a glass of Beer Culture's signature blend. It's brewed68 just across the river from Manhattan, in Queens New York, at a local brewery69 called Transmitter.
"We're trying to do something a little unique…"Master brewer60 Anthony Accardi is checking the inventory70. They churn about 1800 bottles per week, which sounds like a small number compared to mass distribution by bigger brands, but when it comes to craft beer Accardi says quality always trumps71 quantity.
"Because we are small we have flexibility72 to try something quickly, there's no corporate73 infrastructure it has to go through. If we have a beer that we think has an interesting component74 or interesting flavor we can use that knowledge the next day."Just this week, Anheuser-Busch InBev and SABMiller, the world's largest brewers, announced they will merge5 to become one giant beer company. They reached a deal for ABI to buy SAB miller58 for more than 105 billion dollars, one of the largest mergers in corporate history. The result? A huge portion of the world's beer will be made by just one company.
The deal may disrupt distribution for craft beer makers44 down the line, but Accardi says he is not worried about more competition from big brands because the unique flavors he makes simply can't be produced on a large scale, no matter how the mega brands try to compete.
"They've tried to make in house craft beer, it doesn't feel authentically75 like craft beer which tends to be small and grow up, as opposed to be big and well funded and trickle76 down."Even as big beer labels try to swallow their competition, bar owners buying local say craft is in demand, and business will continue to flow. Here's Matt Gebhard back at Beer Culture.
Matt Gebhard, Owner, Beer Culture NYC"I think little guys will continue to brew59 great beer and locals will definitely appreciate that."Because once the beer makes it to a customer's glass it's less about market share - more about sharing a pint77.

It is nearly 14-hundred meters long, with a draft of over 21 meters.
The ore it carried will be delivered to north China's Hebei Province.
The port is also set to create a new service model, upgrading international distribution and transit9 services for imported goods.
The ore terminal at the Dalian Port is considered to be one of the four terminals in the country for handling massive ships like Berge Everest. It also leads the country's ports in the degree of automation and operational level.

Weekly Biz RoundupAnchor:
It's time to take a look back at some of the headlines from business in our Weekly Business Review.
In this edition, we will take you through the country's annual "Singles Day" shopping frenzy85 and tell you about the Chinese government's plan to increase domestic consumption.
CRI's Wenjie has more.
Reporter:
China's e-commerce giant Alibaba saw record breaking sales of more than 90 billion yuan, or 14 billion US dollars, on this year's Singles Day shopping extravaganza on Wednesday.
That number is a 60% increase from last year. The company's payment service Alipay processed 117 million transactions during the first hour on Wednesday.
Alibaba CEO Jack86 Ma hopes to spread China's online shopping fever to the rest of the world.
"11/11, this day starts from China and will go global. And I think in the next five years, we may be in Tokyo, we may be in Paris and maybe we are in New York. We hope 11/11 is a great day for every consumer, every small business for every business who are on the internet age."Alibaba stats show this year's orders were placed from 232 countries and regions.
The company's chief rival JD.com saw 20 million online orders by 5:30 pm on Wednesday.
Early figures on Wednesday showed around 70% of the sales were made via mobile platforms.
November 11 became known as the Singles Day in China in the 90's, created by young singles as an excuse to buy themselves presents.
Alibaba launched its first Double 11 online sales in 2009, and since then the day has become the biggest online shopping spree of the year in China.
Cao Lei with the China E-commerce Research Center says the growth in cross-border purchases is going to help the overall development of e-commerce in China.
"Sellers from around the world and cross-border trade has open the period of so-called mass consumption 3.0 in China. Consumption 1.0 featured customer-to-customer business on platforms like Taobao.com. Consumption 2.0 marked the rise in the popularity of business-to-customer sales through sites like Tmall and JD.com. Now, with the coming of international sellers, Consumption 3.0 has arrived."It's expected China is going to overtake the U.S. to become the world's biggest retail87 market in 2018, with retail volume growth expected to grow by nearly 9-percent a year in the next two years.
While huge numbers of Chinese consumers took part in Wednesday's record-breaking Single's Day shopping event, the State Council has also been taking new steps to shore up the country's consumption over the longer term.
At Wednesday's regular government meeting, Chinese Premier Li Keqiang called for more reforms and innovation to boost domestic consumption.
As part of a raft of policies, the Chinese cabinet has promised to speed up reforms on the household registration88 system, or known as "Hukou".
By helping89 people relocate to cities, it's hoped the reform will in turn boost home sales and consumption of home appliances.
At the same time, the Chinese government vowed90 to improve the country's business and consumption environment.
This requires the authorities to tighten91 supervision92, better protect intellectual property rights and crack down on counterfeits93.
Zhao Ping, a campaigner for consumer rights, listed the key challenge in China's private consumption.
"Chinese consumers are usually in a situation of asymmetric94 information. As such, they tend to be overly cautious while shopping. To tackle the problem, we need to set up a sound credit information sharing system. This could allow consumers to be well informed and thus encourage them to purchase more."In addition, the government will encourage imports of consumer goods, open more duty-free shops and improve tax refund95 policies for foreign tourists.
On Thursday, the International Monetary Fund called on the international community to support China in its economic transition, saying it will benefit global growth and reduce tail risks.
The call, made in a newly released report 'Note on Global Prospects96 and Policy Challenges' comes ahead of the upcoming G20 leaders' summit in Antalya in Turkey.
Meanwhile, the IMF has also suggested China's rebalancing could generate large global knock-on effects, and so China should move towards a slower, more sustainable growth path.
On the subject of including the Renminbi into the IMF Special Drawing Rights basket - a big concern for the international community - IMF spokesperson Gerry Rice said preparations were underway:
"Here I think the process is underway. IMF staff are preparing a report, which will include a recommendation to our executive board on that issue, and I would underline that the decision rests on our executive board, which, of course, represents 188 countries. So to categorize I would say the process is on track, on schedule,"The IMF also predicts in the report that the global economy is expected to grow by 3.6 percent in 2016, the fastest rate since 2011.
Yet it warns that international economies should be cautious in navigating97 change and has urged further structural98 reform to spur future growth, with effective demand-side measures.
On Thursday, index provider MSCI said it would include 14 U.S.-listed Chinese Internet stocks to its MSCI China and Emerging Markets Indexes.
This is the first time overseas-listed China shares, also known as American Depositary Receipts, are included on the MSCI's indexes.
Major Chinese companies with ADRs traded in the U.S. including Alibaba and Baidu are among the 14 Chinese companies added to indexes such as the MSCI Emerging Markets Index and MSCI China.
It is estimated that about 70 billion U.S. dollars could flow to the stocks of the Chinese firms set for inclusion.
The move comes after MSCI decided99 not to include China's 'A' shares in its global indexes back in June.
Cao Can, CEO of Shengya Capital, says the move will allow foreign investors to participate in China's economic growth.
On Friday, China's securities regulator decided to double the amount that investors borrowing money to buy stocks are required to deposit as a guarantee, in a bid to reduce stock market leverage.
From Nov. 23, the financing collateral deposit rate benchmark will be lifted from 50 percent to 100 percent, which means investors will only be able to borrow the same amount of money instead of twice their collateral deposit.
The regulator says the recent stock market rallies have given rise to increased marginal trading and this change in the rules aims to guard against systemic financial risks.
On the corporate front,China's leading comprehensive insurance company Anbang announced Monday that it will acquire U.S. life insurance provider Fidelity100 & Guaranty Life Insurance Company for nearly 1.6 billion U.S. dollars.
Fidelity & Guaranty Life is an U.S. insurance holding company headquartered in Des Moines, Iowa, helps middle-income Americans prepare for retirement101.
The transaction will make Anbang one of the largest insurers by market share in fixed102 annuity103 products in the United States.
It is expected to close in the second quarter of 2016.
And that concludes this edition of the weekly business review. I'm Wenjie. Thank you for listening.

Tom Hanks, Steven Spielberg Attend Press Conference for "Bridge of Spies"Director Steven Spielberg, actor Tom Hanks and some of his co-stars from spy drama "Bridge of Spies" held a press conference in Berlin on Friday ahead of the film's European premiere.
The movie takes its name from a bridge in Berlin where spies were exchanged between the U.S. and the Soviets115 during the cold war.
Spielberg says the biggest challenge he faced with the film was assembling a cast that would suit the script.
"I found, that based on the script by Matt Charman and Joel Coen and Ethan Coen, that they had written such rich characters that even people with two lines, we had to pay very careful attention even to the smallest roles because everything was a very delicate chain of events. And, I really feel that this was a great opportunity, because this was a great ensemble116, cast. And so I think it was the casting. It was, who is going to play James Donovan and my first choice was Tom Hanks."Hanks plays the U.S. lawyer involved in the negotiation117 to exchange prisoners.
Some of the filming took place on the actual bridge in Berlin where the exchange happened.
According to the Oscar-winning actor, the only drawback with this, was the cold.
"The crew was walking around with huge knitted caps and they were all very warm, they had big gloves, and we had these things left over from the 60s. We all were wearing three or four pairs of silk underwear. There were 12 actors crowded into a little guard booth, trying to use our body temperatures to keep warm. The only problem was that it was very very cold. But how appropriate for a movie about the cold war.""Bridge of Spies" will open in cinemas across Europe later in the month.
