上帝的教诲

Your today is the tomorrow that you worried about yesterday. You are worrying because you

are analyzing¹. Worrying has become your habit. That's why you are not happy.

Uncertainty² is inevitable³, but worrying is optional . Pain in inevitable, but suffering is

optional.

Diamonds cannot be polished without friction⁴ . Gold cannot be purified without fire. Good

people go through trials but don't necessarily have to suffer because of them. With their

experiences, their life ought to become better, not bitterer.

In everyday terms, Experience is a hard teacher. She gives the test first and the lessons

afterwards.

Problems are purposeful roadblocks offering beneficial lessons to enhance mental

strength. Inner strength comes from struggle and endurance, not when you are free from problems.

If you look outside, you will not know where you are heading. Looking outside, you dream.

Looking inside, you awaken⁵. Eyes provide sight. Heart provides insight.

Success is a measure as decided⁶ by others. Satisfaction is a measure as decided by you.

Knowing the road ahead is more satisfying than knowing you ride ahead. You work with the

compass. Let others work with the clock.

Always look at how far you have come rather than how far you have to go. Always count

your blessing⁷, not what you are missing.

When people suffer, they ask, “Why me?” When they prosper⁸, they never ask, “Why me?”

Everyone wishes to have truth on their side, yet few want to be on the side of the truth.

Seek not to find who you are, but to determine who you want to be. Stop looking for a

purpose as to why you are here. Create it. Life is not a process of discovery but a process of

creation.

Face your past without regret. Handle your present with confidence. Prepare for the future

without fear.

Keep the faith and drop the fear. Life is a mystery to solve, not a problem to resolve. Trust

me. Life is wonderful if you know how to live.

你的今天是你昨天担忧的明天。你担忧的原因是你会分析。担忧成了你的习惯，那就

是为什么你不愉快。

不确定性无法避免，但担心可以选择。痛苦是必然的，但对待痛苦的态度却可以选

择。

打磨后宝石才发光，烈火中方能见真金。好人历经磨难，但不一定为此而痛苦。有了

种种历练，他们的生活会变得更好，而不是更糟。

用通俗的话讲，经验是一位严师。她先测试你，然后才给你上课。

所谓的问题就是有针对性的障碍物，它提供有益的教训，提升精神力量。内心的力量

源自奋斗和坚持，而不是避开问题。

如果朝外看，你并不知道你去往哪里。朝外看，你会有梦想。朝内看，你会醒悟。眼

睛提供视力，心灵提供洞察力。

成功是由别人所决定的尺度，而满意则是由你自己决定的标准。明白前方的路要比知

道自己在前进更令人满意。你带着指南针工作，让别人拿着时钟工作吧。

总是看看你已经走了多远，而不是你还有多远要走。总是数数你的幸事，而不是你的

损失。

当人们遭难时，他们会问：“为什么是我？”当人们发迹时，他们从不问：“为什么是

我？”每个人都希望真理在自己一边，而很少有人想站在真理一边。

不要试图发现自己是谁，而要决定想成为什么样的人，停止寻找自己在世的目的吧，

创造它，生活不是发现的过程，而是创造的过程。

无悔地面对过去。满怀信心地应付现在。无所畏惧地准备未来。
