I think that dreams are actually the memories from alternate versions of our lives.

我认为，梦是实际上是我们的生活的另外一种表现。

Dreaming occurs during REM sleep(rapid eye movement). During this part of our sleep, we are in the deepest sleep possible and is the restorative part of our sleep.

我们的梦发生在REM （快速眼动）的时候。 而在我们睡眠的这个部分，在深度睡眠是最佳恢复体力的时间。

Unless you’re dreaming of blood thirsty clowns murdering you and your friends…. that’s probably not that healthy…

除非，你在做梦的时候梦到嗜血小丑谋杀了你和你的朋友...那可能是不健康的

My dreams are always really weird⁵. One time I had a dream about about being on talk show where the host was an Oreo cookie and everyone was treating it like a totally normal thing…

我的梦总是很奇怪。有一次我梦到我在脱口秀节目，主持人是一块奥利奥饼干，每个人还都觉得这很正常。

My nightmares aren't much better. It’s never even really a scary situation, it could be a normal situation but I’m just afraid for some reason. like, I’m walking in a park but i’m freaking the hell out. I’m like a dog that’s seen it’s reflection for the first time.

我不是经常做噩梦。其实也不是特别恐怖的情况，可能就是一个正常的状况，只是有我害怕的东西。就像我在公园走突然很害怕，就像狗狗第一次看到镜子中的自己一样。

For the most part, i don’t think Americans are very superstitious. That being said, a lot of people do believe that our dreams mean things.

大多数情况下，我觉得美国人不是非常迷信。很多人相信，我们做的梦意味着一些事情。

For example, if you dream about losing your teeth, it means you’re self-conscious.

例如，如果你梦见你牙齿掉了，可能就是反应你很自我关注。
