 have a thing for: 对某人某个东西莫名地有好感

one's thing: 某人最显著的特质，某人擅长或者真正喜欢的东西
Being funny is Chandler's thing and Ross's thing is getting divorced¹.

buy: believe, 买账
"She said she couldn't attend my party because she had to prepare for an exam, but I don't buy it."
她说她要备考所以不能参加我的派对，但是我不相信。

though: 用作副词放在一句话的最后。不过还是...
Our team lost. It was a good game though.

use: need
