　　You could say to people "I've got to prioritise. 你可以说“我得分清主次。

　　This is the most important so I'm going to concentrate² on this first.", then you could say to someone "It would be a great help if you could take on this other task". 这件事情最重要，所以我得先做这件事。”“如果你能接手这件事将是帮了大忙。”

　　You could also say "I'll have to put off some tasks until tomorrow". 你还可以说“我得把部分任务推到明天去做。”
