　　Why did you leave your previous position?

　　原因比较复杂。但是从内因上讲呢，我有我的职业理想。

　　It's complicated. You said it was for of internal reasons. It's because I have a dream job.

　　【入职培训】

　　Orientation³其实就是新生培训。

　　Orientation mean training for new employees.

　　当销售总监的秘书不是谁都能做得来，但是你可以学。你是我们自己第一批培养出来的人。装修的过程里面已经充分地表现出你的自我要求和能力，这是一次升职。你应该就是能够接受挑战，并且可以完成得非常好的人。

　　A person can't just walk in off the street and do this job. But you can learn. You're the first girl we've trained for this. During the renovation⁷, you've shown your potential, ability, and this is a promotion⁸. You can overcome this challenge. You're the only one who can do this.

　　Firtst of all, welcome to our internel competitive selection process. Can you tell me why you think you're qualified⁹ for HR mannager?

　　原因有三点。第一，我在公司的人事行政部门任职两年，对HR的工作有一定的认识。第二，我对自己进行了HR课程的系统培训。第三，我在担任销售总监秘书的一年当中，对公司其它部分的工作流程有了更为深入的了解，同时继续参与HR的工作。我认为我完全可以胜任这个职位。

1 breakdown   

n.垮，衰竭；损坏，故障，倒塌

2 breakdowns

3 orientation

4 sop   

n.湿透的东西，懦夫；v.浸，泡，浸湿

5 probation   

n.缓刑(期)，(以观后效的)察看；试用(期)

参考例句：

• The judge did not jail the young man,but put him on probation for a year.法官没有把那个年轻人关进监狱，而且将他缓刑察看一年。
• His salary was raised by 800 yuan after his probation.试用期满以后，他的工资增加了800元。

6 analyze   

vt.分析，解析 (=analyse)

参考例句：

7 renovation   

n.革新，整修

参考例句：

• The cinema will reopen next week after the renovation.电影院修缮后，将于下星期开业。

8 promotion   

n.提升，晋级；促销，宣传

参考例句：

• The teacher conferred with the principal about Dick's promotion.教师与校长商谈了迪克的升级问题。

9 qualified   

adj.合格的，有资格的，胜任的，有限制的
