 　　1. "Here's what I'm thinking."

　　You're in charge, but that doesn't mean you're smarter, savvier, or more insightful than everyone else. Give reasons. Justify¹ with logic², not with position or authority.Authority can make you "right," but collaboration³ makes everyone right--and makes everyone pull together.
