外交部就中俄副总理会谈答记者问

 　　问：中国国务院副总理王岐山今天与俄罗斯副总理谢钦举行了会谈，你能否介绍会谈的情况，特别是中俄能源合作协议的细节?

　　Q: Vice¹ Premier² Wang Qishan of the State Council held talks with Deputy Prime Minister Sechin of Russia today. Can you brief us on the meeting, particularly the details of the energy cooperation agreements between China and Russia?

　　答：应王歧山副总理邀请，俄罗斯联邦政府副总理谢钦20至21日访华，与中方共同签署中俄石油领域合作政府间协议。访问期间，中国领导人将与他进行会见，双方将就进一步扩大中俄能源合作深入交换意见。

　　A: At the invitation of Vice Premier Wang Qishan, Deputy Prime Minister Sechin of the Russian Federation³ is visiting China from the 20th to 21st to sign the governmental oil cooperation agreements with China. During his visit, he will also meet with Chinese leaders and exchange in-depth views with them on further expanding bilateral⁴ energy cooperation.

　　中俄双方就管道建设、原油贸易、上下游合作和融资等一揽子涉及石油领域的合作达成协议，是互利双赢的合作，标志着中俄能源合作迈出了实质性步伐。我们愿与俄方共同努力，推进相关合作不断取得更多实际进展。

　　The signing of the package agreement of oil cooperation on pipeline⁵ construction projects, crude oil trading, upstream and downstream oil industry and financing between China and Russia will bring mutually beneficial and win-win outcome to both countries. It is also a substantial step of energy cooperation between the two countries. We are ready to work together with Russia to further promote the development of relevant cooperation.
